How Can We Help?
Collecting feedback from clients is a great way to process important information to better serve the community. Start by thinking about which specific questions would be asked and when it would be happening and how. The approval process has been going through the supervisor, CEO, and Engagement Director.
Survey sections can include: Basic Info, How are we doing?, Improving Fresh Produce Access, and Connecting with Local Produce.

Have the survey ready in at least two different languages (English and Spanish). Use QR codes to link clients to the online survey and also have hard paper copies of the questions for those who do not have a smartphone. Print out QR codes (for each language) for the intake volunteers to administer to clients take a photo scan of the QR Code to get the survey on their phones.
The client survey will be administered at all food bank distribution sites: Walla Walla, Burbank, Touchet, Valle Lindo, and Prescott.
Have intake volunteers help out with the distribution and encourage QR codes for clients to use from their phone and answer while waiting in line (preferred method to make compiling data easier). Also a good idea to include the QR Code in the BMAC Food Bank calendar.
Compile data from the survey and use the information collected into a PowerPoint Presentation to share results with the Food Bank Team members using charts/graphs. Older client survey data can be found on internal shared folders in the organization.
