3 Bottle Mini-Flight of Patterson Cellars Syrah
Our first is mini-flight is an outstanding Syrah from Patterson Cellars from the 2017, 2018, and 2019 vintages.
Patterson’s Syrah wine is a rich and complex wine with intense aromas and flavors. The wine exhibits a medium to dark purple color and offers an aromatic profile featuring dark berries, herbs, and sweet-smoky overtones.
On the nose, it presents dominant notes of blackberry preserves, toasted graham crackers, sage, and lavender. The palate is characterized by a velvety full body with mouthwatering acidity. Flavors of blackberry, dark cherry, raspberry, vanilla, and dark chocolate complement each other, creating a harmonious taste experience. The wine’s finish is long and smooth, with lingering fruit notes and just a hint of minerality.
This Syrah showcases the winemaking expertise of Patterson Cellars, offering a well-balanced and expressive representation of the varietal. It’s worth noting that the wine has an alcohol content of 14.8%, which contributes to its full-bodied nature and rich flavor profile.

3 Bottle Mini-Flight of Corliss Red Blend
Our second mini-flight is an outstanding Corliss Red Blend for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013. This bordeaux blend is a perfect mixture of grace and power with aromas of cedar, toasty spice, black cherry, floral notes, dark chocolate, and espresso, and a beautifully rich and cohesive palate with lingering cherry flavors and polished tannins.
Corliss is an ultra-premium producer of red and white wines in Washington, founded in 1999. Since their first release in 2008, Corliss wines have garnered critical acclaim and are known to age exceptionally well, even in tough vintages.
The winery has evolved to produce nearly 100% estate fruit, with the exception of some Syrah from the Stillwater Creek Vineyard in the Royal Slope AVA, and winemaking practices have shifted towards less new French oak to reduce oak impact.

Our third mini-flight is the legendary Leonetti Merlot from the 2011, 2012, and 2013 vintages.
Leonetti Cellar Merlot is a distinguished wine from the Walla Walla Valley in Washington, renowned for its rich flavor profile and exceptional quality. As one of the pioneering wineries in the region, Leonetti Cellar has established a reputation for crafting bold and structured wines, particularly their Merlot, which is often regarded as one of the finest examples of this varietal.
Leonetti Merlot is crafted to age gracefully, with optimal drinking windows extending from 2026 through 2032 or beyond, depending on the vintage.

3 Bottle Mini-Flight of Leonetti Reserve Cabernet
Our final offering is a three-bottle mini-flight of Leonetti Reserve Cabernet from vintages 2011, 2012 and 2013.
This wine’s dominant blend comes all from estate vineyards and is 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot, and 8% Merlot. It has a stunning nose of tar, iron minerality, cassis and dried flowers – especially lavender. On the palate, the wine is powerful and pure, repeating the note of cassis liqueur and black olive compote. All the elements of fruit, acidity, and tannin are perfectly balanced. It has the purity and finesse to drink beautifully today but will have 20-25 years of overall longevity if you have the patience to hide it in your cellar.
